Pre-Construction

Stooc G.C. has a fully integrated team ready and prepared to assist you with full construction services starting from inception all the way through to receiving your Certificate of Occupancy and moving into your building.  This all starts with our experienced and diversely trained pre-construction team.  At Stooc G.C., we recognize the importance of the “Precon” phase, and we believe that a well thought out and pre-planned project sets the stage for a successful build. From a “back of napkin” design, our staff can suggest the best and most efficient type of construction for your proposed building and usage and collaborate to turn this idea into a full budget.  Once preliminary decisions are made – Stooc G.C. can assist in pulling together a full team preparing conceptual estimates, phase I, geotechnical reports, project design and layout, scheduling, city submittals, planning, zoning, EDC incentives, permitting, and overall budget control.  This includes the designers / architects and required engineers to start on the design and engineering process.  After this team is selected, Stooc G.C. continues to direct and coordinate this team as well as materials, methods, constructibility, sequencing, and scheduling all the way through the permitting process in which the City will be built in.Our pre-construction team is on stand-by and waiting to start your planning and building of your future building space.
